I switched over to these from a Fox boot. The difference is surreal. These are extremely comfortable. Well padded and do not leave bruises on my legs. I've only had them out about 4 times now. They've gone through mud, water and brush and have held up so far. My feet stayed dry even on those 90 degree days where you're sweating like crazy. I would recommend these boots even if they were $20 more, but please don't raise the price because I'm about to buy my husband a men's pair! I will say there were stiff the first 2 times out but after that they feel super comfy and have a little more "give" to them. Another plus is they are very "grippy" even wet.

I have tried on every single brand of boots out there. I'm 5'2", 130# with very large calves and ankles. Wear size 5.5 to 6 in "street shoes." I ordered these boots in a size 5 because there were a closeout price. Figured if they didn't fit, I can keep them for my daughter or sell them on eBay/Craigslist. THEY FIT PERFECT, WITH ROOM TO SPARE!!!! Haven't rode in them yet, but super excited I can close them around my calves with my riding pants and long johns underneath.

Alpinestars came very highly recommended to me when I was looking to purchase boots. A little more money than some other brands but definitely worth it. These boots are awesome! For the price and quality you just cant get a better boot! They are a great fit and they broke in quickly after wearing them around the house and taking them for a few short rides. After reading reviews, I was worried about the buckles being hard to get undone. But I haven't had any trouble with that. Highly recommend!
