Excellent Glove

Form fitting without being too restrictive. They also have a good "feel" on the grips. I bought large, and they were a bit tight at first, but are breaking in nicely. A bit pricey, but a very nice glove.

AMAZING GLOVE

A-stars produced another amazing glove with the SP-S. I originally had the A-stars Ventilator gloves, but in a large and then I wanted to have a hardened knuckle in case of an accident. After a solid ride wearing these, they formed to my hand and never felt a slip on the throttle and the knuckle didn't rub the top of my hand at all, so definitely was a great purchase!

Great Glove

Except for the thumb area in the right glove being a little too small, so far these gloves have held up well after three months of riding. It's an individual's choice purchasing these with so many different brands available and I would recommend these.

Great Gloves.

These are great gloves. I wear these everyday, they break in fast and are durable and offer great protection. I took a spill with these gloves going about 60+ MPH. The only thing that happened is a small rip in some of the extra foam padding in the palm. Not only did these gloves protect me without leaving a scratch, they're still performing well.

Great glove

I'm really loving this glove. It fits well, although I could use a little more length in the thumbs, but that seems to be fine. They mold to my hands and are very comfortable. They also allow sufficient air to circulate, keeping my hands ventilated, without being cold. Highly recommended.

Alpinestars gloves

Great fit and function. Three rides in the palms started to tear. It has a perforated leather palm which tear easily. I love the fit and feel, but severely disappointed in the quality....

Great Gloves...except

I bought these gloves after several tries with other (no name) brands. I wanted a well-known name for some reassurance of quality. The fit and feel of the gloves is excellent, and the design is "interesting" to look at. However, after about 100 miles, the stitching on one of the finger pads is coming undone. Not reassuring in a new glove. I'm going to return them based on build quality alone. Recommended if you get a well-built pair.

Junk

These gloves look sweet, I'll give them that. I've owned the previous generation of this glove for over a year now, and I can't stand it anymore. When it comes to build quality, comfort, and protection, these are severely lacking. After about 5 months of riding, the gel pads on the palm were flat, then the leather on the palm started to erode. On top of that, all the stitching is on the inside of the fingers, giving it a clean look, but it renders the glove rather uncomfortable. On top of that, there is no liner, furthering discomfort, especially on a long haul. As for protection, the carbon fiber armor simply does not protect the front of your knuckles like a molded piece of armor. I'd hate to think what would happen if you make a fist and hit the pavement. Then there's the wrist strap... no armor (on last year’s model). They seem to have put a minimal pad on the wrist for the updated version, however much of the rest of the wrist looks to be exposed. Try this, order Cortech Vice gloves when you order these, try them on side by side, I'd bet my next pay check you'll send the a-stars back.
