Fits great on the outside of the chest protector. Needs larger pockets.

This is a great hydration pack, very comfortable and well fitting. Doesn't carry a lot of fluid but perfect for shorter day rides.

I recently did an Iron Butt run with 11 bikes total. even with my full face helmet I was able to drink whenever I wanted and it lasted for the whole ride. I had 2 bottles of water that I drank when stopped while eating granola bars, and I had a beverage with our one stop and sit meal, but other than that I was good to go. It seems a bit lightweight in construction, but the price was awesome compared to other hydration backpacks.

I own both the Crew Pac and the Nac Pac. Which is better? The answer to that depends on your use. I originally thought that the Nac Pac was too small. However, now that I have one, I can say that it will hold a surprising amount. The key to this is the mid-section where the tool pouch is held. That section expands more than one would think. On my last ride, the weather forecast was for rain. I removed the tool pouch and I put my rain gear, a Klim PowerXross jacket ( Goretex 500d Cordura jacket ), a Revolt pullover ( Goretex wind-proof jacket ) and PowerXross Goretex gloves into a 13l dry bag that fit into the same mid-section where the tool pouch goes. I was surprised, but it fit. I also had both zippered sections stuffed full of stuff like a pair of spare gloves, spare batteries for my GoPro and SPOT, spare memory cards for the GoPro, several Kashi bars, spare ear plugs, helmet / shield cleaning materials, and miscellaneous other items. All of this and I had the 3 liter hydration bladder about half full. It was a tight fit, but it all fit. I love how small the Nac Pac is compared to the Crew Pac. In the late Fall when the morning temps a low and it warms up mid-day, I may elect to use the Crew Pac due to it's larger capacity. That way if I need to remove a layer or my heated gear, I have plenty storage capacity. Also, I recently got back from a 3-day trip with the Crew Pac. I wouldn't have been able to use the Nac Pac. Some soft saddle bags are in my future so that I can use the Nac Pac and carry more weight on the bike instead of me. Once the Nac Pac was on my back, I didn't know it was there. Both the Crew Pac and the Nac Pac sit on your lower back so you don't really feel the weight of either, but riding single track you can feel the Crew Pac's width on your arms. this is not the case with the Nac Pac. When you put it on, it disappears.

I have owned many hydration pack and am so happy with it. It has a lot of compartments, a helmet holder and the straps do not get in the way. Compared to other brands like Camelbak, Ogio, Propper this is by far my favorite.
