Product Information

Neutech Tubliss Gen2.0

The Tubliss is a full circumference pneumatic rim lock which secures the entire tire bead to the rim, completely eliminating the use of a conventional tube! Tubliss completely replaces the conventional tube while delivering several key performance features that's scoring points and lap times with racers and riders everywhere.

Benefits:
  • Virtually flat proof
  • Runs cooler
  • Quicker acceleration
  • No pinched tubes
  • Reduces unsprung weight
  • Secures tire bead
Weight Savings
A weight savings of up to 3 pounds per wheel instantly translates into less rotating weight and increases acceleration. Less unsprung weight allows significant suspension performance gains. Experts say that eliminating a pound of rotating unsprung weight is equivalent to dropping 5 pounds of static weight!

Eliminate flats from pinched tubes
You have no tubes to be concerned with, so you'll never pinch a tube! Replace old technology with a stronger, modern and efficient system. Even if you get a tire puncture, the bead stays seated to the rim.

Virtually flat proof
Tubliss really is virtually flat proof when used with a tire sealant. Sealants can't work on tubes where holes in the rubber stretch and tear. With TUbliss, your sealant works directly on the tire where it matters. Plus, the design of Tubliss helps keep the tire on the seated on the bead and sidewalls more stable, virtually making "flat wobbles" a thing of the past. Riders have reported riding longer and harder, completely unaware that they had a tire puncture.

Improved Traction
Tubliss secures the bead so securely that it allows a low tire pressure for improved straight line traction without the risk of a pinch flat or tire bead slippage!

Runs cooler
Without the weight and friction of a conventional tube installed, tire temperatures are greatly reduced. This also eliminates tire pressure increases during the course of a moto.

Rim Protection
Tubliss protects the rim from dings and dents by holding the tire firmly and making the sidewalls stay upright and absorb the full impact, unlike bending and deflection of conventional tubes.

This is a No Brainer Buy!

I installed the rear on my 2011 Gas Gas EC 300 and am very happy with it. Installation was simple, read and follow instructions and use LOTS of lube! I used Armor All and it worked great. It's been 10 hours on the bike so far and check the pressure before every ride, does lose a little bit of air but no biggie. Plan on getting the front installed when I replace the tire.

Saved my ride and I didn't even notice

I was doing my regular maintenance after a ride yesterday and I found my rear tire flat. I checked the pressure before I left, so somewhere along the way I hit something. The tire stayed on, which is why I bought them. Awesome!!!

Junk

Does not seal the rim, leaks out daily, pain in the you know where! Messy with soap, and the tire is way out of balance!

Neutech - Tubliss

This is my third Neutech - Tubliss installation on two bikes! Excellent product. Can run 5 - 6 lbs of pressure in the rear and with a Trials Tire, I can get over the gnarliest single track obstacles. Follow the installation instructions and there will be no problems. Take your time.

Lower pressure = less wash outs

I got the front system for my bike so that I could run lower tire pressure and gain more traction without risking pinching. So far so good! I ran a race where I was hitting some hard roots and rocks @ 10psi & all was lovely! Getting rear system now!

Really trick setup

I have wanted one of these for a while, and am completely satisfied with my purchase. Installation was simple, and tire install was easier than with a conventional tube. You really do need to pay attention to their instructions. It WILL save you some frustration. I like the fact that I can run super low tire pressure with this without worrying about a pinch flat. The system is well thought out and although expensive, I do feel it is reasonably priced.

I have a few hundred miles on these front and rear on my DR200. This is my small bike that I use to explore the knarly deep woods of the south. Just a reference this bike sees just enough asphalt to get to the dirt. Installation was different than a standard tube. It is not hard though. I did bust the high pressure tube while doing the rear. The replacement was $5 so it was not a big deal. On the trail the bike feels great. The front end is sharper, and I can run very low tire pressures. I did a test running no air pressure on the tires. It kept going with only a slight vagueness to the handling. I then tried to see what it was like if the high pressure tube went flat. It felt like a standard flat. I ordered extra tubes to carry in case this happens on a multi-day expedition. The last test I did was on the road. I made a 50 mile trip on poorly paved back roads. I have nothing bad to report. I know Nuetech says these are for off road only, but I do so at my own risk. To sum it up I am really happy with this new system. All my dirt bikes, and duel sport fleet, will be switching over to them. They will pay for them self in a few years compared to replacing about 5 tubes a year. They just need to make a 17" for the DR650.

Installed on the rear (18") on my Husaberg 501 with a MT43 trials tire. Worked excellent till in the middle of nowhere I ran over an 8p nail! It was long enough to puncture the inner bladder (tube). My buddy went back to my truck and got some slime and a pump--put slime in the bladder and in the tire, pumped both up a few times and it was sealed! Made it back to the truck still aired up. With a co2 kit this would had been an easy trail side fix. Ordered a new bladder from Neutech even though the bladder was still holding air. Neutech are great to deal with also. I do have the same setup on another bike and have had 0 problems. Great product!

neutech tube

I really like this neutech as it was easy to install and really helps on traction as you can get by with 3 to 5 lb of air because of the way it is made. Will have to wait and see how long it lasts but should last at least a few years because of how it is made.

Very pleased with this purchase. They have allowed me to run just about any pressure I need. Also, on one ride they did prevent a pinch flat when I hit a rock the wrong way. Installation is a little time consuming. I mounted these on tires with around 15 hours on them which if I had it to do over again I would mount new tires at the same time.

Neutech - Tubliss-Core

I ordered a 21 inch and received an 18 inch. I called Motorcycle Superstore and they apologized and said to send it back and they would send the correct one. I have an 18 inch rear so I told them I would keep the 18 inch and to send the 21 inch so they did. Rim preparation and putting the tape on is a little time consuming but the install was pretty simple. At first I rode near home a couple times about 50 miles each time and all looked good and I felt good about the product. The next trip I went on didn't work out so well. I was a little over a hundred miles into my ride of both dirt and paved roads when I turned off a paved road onto a dirt road and the tire went flat instantly. The inner bladder tube had torn at the valve stem for no apparent reason. I called Neutech and they are sending a new tube and postage paid package for the damaged tube so they can determine what happened. The person I talked to was very nice and apologetic. I will give it another try when I receive the new inner bladder tube. It really looks like a good design and worth another try.
