    Choose size wisely

If your cheek pads are too tight you need to buy the pads for the next size up helmet. Example: If you buy a Medium helmet and it is too tight on your cheeks, buy the pads for a Large helmet. I am pretty sure this helmet only has one shell size and the liner plus the padding make up the difference. The pads get smaller as the sizes go up.

    Finally fit

Installing the xxxl pads in my size large Variant helmet finally gave me a perfect fit. Original pads were way too tight on my cheek bones. These pads have the helmet fitting just right.

    Not the solution

Bought a size large Variant helmet and cheek pads were way too tight. Hoped Medium pads would be thinner but they were not. Ended up cutting out foam from the original pads until fit was proper.
