Magnetic drain plug

So it fits well on my yz450f. There is always an unnerving amount of fine metallic particles that are better off stuck to the magnet than floating around in my engine. Works great bought two just in case I bugger up the threads. I would be careful not to over tighten as the threads are aluminum but would you over tighten a steel plug? No!! A must have especially if your engine/transmission/clutch share the same oil. A good oil filter isn't enough considering how much a 4 stroke rebuild costs.

Oil drain plug

This drain plug is made of alloy or alluminum. It is very light and has a lower density than the steel bolt that was stock. With that being said, you may want to clean out the threads of your case before installing this drain bolt. It is easy to cross thread or damage the threads of this bolt if the threads in your case are even slightly compromised.

Nice plug

This is a nice plug. It fit perfect in my 2011 KX450F. Being that it is made from aluminum, you want to clean the threads in your case before installing. It is easy to damage the threads on this drain plug.

Great idea

If you own a four stroke dirt bike you want the engine to last as long as possible. Four strokes are a ticking time bomb before you have to rebuild them. This is one of those parts that will help delay the cost.
