Got those on sale and for the price they were a steal.
I am returning them, however, as they are just too short for me. I measured a 32 inches inseam.
As others have mentioned get a size up. I am usually a 32, got a 34 and they were still a bit tight.
I can’t speak of durability, but they seem very well made, with additional protection added where needed. The denim is of a decent weight, stitching seemed well done, and the color looks good too. Slightly on the baggy side, but not overly so.
I would have gladly kept those if they were another 2 inches longer.
At six months, the ankle velcro failed to keep the ankle cuffs closed to my boots. The waist adjustment velcro went a month later. The crotch seams leaked from day one, something Seam Grip wasn't able to completely stop. The fly zipper stop (a YKK) flew off at barely a year old.
Firstgear has terrific features on this pant, but they have utilized the cheapest material and it shows.
I purchased two pair of the Drayko jeans last year so I would have them for this last summer. I got the Drift and the Renegade style. I take a size 40 pants and after reading many reviews I got the Drift in 40 and the Renegade in 38 and they both fit perfect. I did have to get them taken up a few inches in the length. I ride both Harley's and Enduro road bikes and these jeans are great. Not really to hot in the summer and they do keep you a little warmer in cold weather. The material stretches and is very comfortable when riding. I would defiantly buy more of these jeans if and when they wear out. My only complaint is that there are pockets for knee pads but when I called Drayko to get some they said they didn't make or sell any. Why have the pockets then? The pockets also sometimes when putting your leg in catches your foot and you have to reposition the pockets so you can put them on without issues. Other than that they are a good investment just in case you do ever hit the pavement. I've had several friends go down over the years and all of them would have been much better off with protective clothing.
They come a little long. I had to get the length altered. Waste size is correct. Very cool denim pattern. I love them. Time will tell if they were worth the 100 bucks; I think they will though. It appears to a good quality pair of jeans.
