Works great but keep out of rain

I love these straps. Very well made and easy to use but they do tend to slip when wet. I think that's the way they all are though. You have to use ratchet type straps if you expect rain. But who rides in the rain?

WONDERING HOW TO USE THEM?

they're strong and they do work but they could be better. First, they could have use a ratchet style tightening system as opposed to the buckle grip system... but whatever, it still works. Secondly, there are no instructions... it turns out, you loop the colored strap through whatever you want the strap to grab onto and then loop it through the hook at the other end of the colored strap... that particular hook won't actually clasp to anything... it's just for the colored strap. But then take the hook at the other end of the black strap and use that to hold onto whatever will be the tie-down, such as a eyelet in the bed of your truck or similar strongly grounded support. Once you figure that part out though... it works pretty decently.

Made In USA - Great Quality

These are GREAT. The buckle is large making it easy to release. Made in the USA is a great plus! The straps have the soft ties to keep from scratching the handle bars. Highly recommend these!

Great straps!

These worked perfect using a hitch hauler for my supermoto. Very strong and secure, with no damage to the bars with the soft straps. I would highly recommend.

Best Tie Downs Ever

Husband has ratchet type that I hate. Got these for myself to use since I was going to retrieve a bike I bought out of state. So easy to use. I needed them super fast and got them in time. Great product and great customer service.

GREAT PRODUCT

The problem with most tie downs is you have to strap the bike down tight or risk a hook coming loose when the bike hits a bump. The safety catch eliminates that problem and allows me to tie the suspension at 75% and not worry about losing a strap.

American made and Affordable

These tie downs are great. Super strong and robust with 1.5" straps, good size cam lock, and the safety latch eases your mind while your bike is being hauled. It's good to see that you can purchase American made products at reasonable prices.

Easy to use

I needed a set of tie downs that could be installed one handed while sitting on the bike. These are great! the clip on the bottom hook keeps it in place in the trailer on the eye bolt, so the other end can be hooked up or unhooked while sitting on the bike.

super happy with the straps

After breaking a set of cheap straps at the "cast alum" locking buckle i bought a set of these. Great product! Made in America ! I would NEVER buy cheap straps again. Saveing 10 bucks and going cheap is not worth risking a 4k motorcycle falling off the hitch carrier!! Trust me I have been there done that..

Great tie downs

I personally hate ratchet tie downs, but my husband loves them, especially for our GL 1800 when trailered. Having the soft ties incorporated into the tie downs themselves is very handy and these are strong, as well. Love the blue color too (matches our bike!) And they arrived quickly. I've also given them as a gift and the recipient was happy, as well. Love your gear!

Really excellent straps

I bought these and a set of more expensive (and even nicer)Pro Tapers and there's no need to pay more than these. Both sets are light years nicer than the Honda brand straps I've had for 30 years. Very nice and all you need.

They HOLD in place.

Safety latch, loop on strap end all worked great. 1200 mile road trip straps worked great. Mail order item, free shipping, great price, great deal. Would buy again.

Five Star Quality

Smooth operating, well finished, quality throughout. Will not retire my 30 year old Ancras, but will give them a much needed rest as backups. Would recommend and probably will buy another pair.
