I have needed to replace my riding gloves for quite some time now. Since I lost my last 'nice' pair I've been wearing some work gloves. I was quite apprehensive about ordering gloves online due to sizing issues but I simply couldn't find a pair I liked. Well, along comes some cold weather and I needed a jacket so I started shopping. I love Alpinestars gear. The quality is very good. These gloves have a beautiful look and are built bomber tough. While not being 'technical' gloves they offer a great deal of protection for the whole hand. I am not a skinny guy, and I don't have long elegant fingers. I bought size large and was afraid of them being to small. When I first put them on I thought they might turn my hands blue. Ok, maybe they did for a week or two. how ever I knew I could not go any longer on the fingers. Well, attack a few weeks before the gloves became my own. Now I think I may have the best gloves I have ever owned. I am an avid snow skier and have lived on mountain. I have owned many gloves for many uses. These gloves fit, well like a glove. The finish is wonderful. The look is tough yet refined. I might not want to perform surgery in these gloves but I want to go riding sometimes just to wear my gloves. I have only had them a month, so I can't truly attain to the durability, however they feel as rugged as my Alpinstar leather jacket which will last me a lifetime. I truly feel that baring the curse of the gloves these will last forever.

I love this glove because it really keeps the cold out and my hands warm.

Wow! Great gloves and pleasantly surprised. First off, they fit great! I've always worn a size medium in gloves. Also, the sites sizing chart showed I took a medium. The gloves were not super tight like most of the fabric-spandex type. No need to worry about the seams ripping apart. And these are very comfortable to wear. Only have about 300mi on them so I can't tell how they will last. From the looks of the workmanship and the way they're made, could be for quite some time. Got them for warmer weather riding but they are pretty warm in sixty degree weather and that's freeway driving. Anything colder...bring out thinsulate gauntlet gloves. They really are a good looking glove too!

They fit very well, are made well. They are comfortable on the grips, not too insulated to interfere with movement.

I had a pair of these for about two weeks. In that time, stitches came out, the interior liner ripped out, and I had to send them back. They were simply falling apart on my hands. I seem to have received the lemon pair of all the sets, though. I did like the long cuff, and I liked the little wiper.

These gloves are great for the price. Well made and I love the protection on the knuckles. I normally wear a medium glove, so I stuck with that as regular gloves are a bit loose. However, these were way too tight. I am very disappointed as all they have left in stock is medium. I would have loved to get these in a large. I exchanged them for a different glove in large, and I am hoping they are as good as these. The new ones do not appear to have the same knuckle protection, but we will see.
