Boots - Steve

Very pleased with the boots and surprised they fit so well. Just ordered the size recommended and they fit better than boots I've tried on in stores. They look great too.

Great Boot

Great boot for trail riding. Lighter than the full length boots and more comfortable to wear. The sole is non slip and doesn't move around on the pegs. Easy to put on and take off. Sizes are correct, I wear a size 10 shoe and this boot in a size 10 fit perfectly.

nice boots

I haven't got these broken in yet so they are a little stiff. They fit my size 12 feet well. I like the styling of these boots and they are very protective of my ankles without being heavy and bulky like full height boots.

Excellente

I'm riding a klx250s dual sport and these are ideal for light to moderate trail and pavement. The straps are adjustable and the fit is good right out of the box. Alpinestars will resole ($) if you wear out the soles. Comfortable and yet offer what seems like very good protection of foot and ankle.

Poor Quality, Poor Warranty

While reasonably comfortable and supportive, the quality is awful. They aren't waterproof (not sure if they're supposed to be), but after getting wet in an 18" deep water crossing, the sole is peeling off. AlpineStars has repeatedly ignored my emails about this til now, and I find out they only have a ONE YEAR warranty, so I'm out of luck as these are two years old. What garbage. I'll replace them with Sidis.

Too narrow

I have a wide foot and hoped these would be fairly wide. No way, narrower than most normal shoes. Oh well, they look and seem awesome.

Tech 2 boots

I have been wearing these with my Super moto... I do primarily street riding with a little bit of trails here and there. Love the boots, can shift good, easy to walk around in, and comfortable. Would recommend to anybody!

Short boots are great.

Great shorty boots, fits great right out of the box, straps clamp down solid. I wanted a short boot for when I'm doing a lot of road riding so they'd be cooler down here in Florida keeping cool while riding is a battle. I wear taller boots off road but they can be hot for just running the highways. These shorty’s are great. Look good too.

good boot

I wear these for my road boot. I would use them for mild dual sport riding also. I generally wear my tech7 or scott 450's for any real dual sport or off road riding. I really love my tech7 boots. The A-star are a real american fit , good for a little wider feet like mine. I have problems with italian boots being to narrow for me. If you are looking for a light dual sport boot or road boot with good protection that you can still walk around the store in. These are a great boot.

AQ Stars Tech 2 Boot

I love these boots, but haven't really crashed in them yet. They fit great and are truly waterproof so long as the water isn't deep. They don't offer the protection of a real offroad boot, but they sure are comfortable.

Grest boots

I love these boots and would recommend them. They really are waterproof, but being so short it's still easy to get water in them, and they don't provide the protection of a real off-road boot. But I'm totally happy with them. I am hard to fit in shoes, and these work great for me. I've yet to see how durable they are, but they survived a week of Colorado trail riding and are still like new.

Tech 2

Saves your feet and a trip to the ER. So easy to put on you won't avoid having the hassle of foot protection, not full but toes ankles and lower shin will be good to go. The rest of your possie won't be waiting for you to suit up.
