Bridgestone Battleax

I bought this tire for my VTX 1800F and so far i'm extremely impressed! After trying a couple different brands, I ordered the Battleax from Motorcycle Superstore, and it handles awesome! The ride is smooth, and wet or dry it has excellent grip! On the return trip home from Sturgis we had to ride the last 200 miles in fairly heavy rain, and I had no handling issues at all! I hope this review helps?? So far this is the best tire that I have had on my VTX 1800F!

Bridgestone Battle axe

I've been driving all kinds of vehicles for 38 years and have tried many different tire brands through pricing and name brands. For motorcycles I prefer Bridgestone tires. I get a better feel and handling throughout the life of the tire. I get a longer life on the tire as well as a competitive pricing. For a soft compound tire I'm getting about 20% more mileage.

Bridgestone Battlax BT028

I wanted to go up to a 200 for my VTX1800F and this was the best deal on a 200. I matched this up with the Exedra Max for the front tire. I must say that I am very impressed with the handling of my bike with these new tires. Cornering is great and very sticky, bumps in the road are minimal, very happy with the setup and look of this tire. Can't really comment on wet traction or tread life yet, but I'm hoping to get about 8-10k out of it.

Wearing out this tire was a blast!

Might wear a bit faster than a Metzeler, I only got 4000 miles out of it.

Tire

It is the only good tire I can find for my VMAX 1700. I would love to try something new but there is nothing.

Bridgestone OEM replacement

Tire was fine, needed it to replace the first one that had a large screw in it, and didn't have many choices as the Vmax takes an odd size that is new. What I was pleased with was that Motorcycle Superstore had it in stock, and did what they do quickly and efficiently. My thanks to them!

bridgestone rear tire

This tire lasted on my honda valkryie for maybe, maybe 5000 miles then chords started showing. Inexpensive tire but you get what you pay for. Spend a little more and get a better tire. Never again bridgestone.
