    Ok at first rear tire.

I've put about 6 to 8,000 miles on this as a rear tire and the center and 2 sides are really out of shape. Just like anything else, it's ok at first because it's new. I think I'll try the Michelin SC next. This tire has to go.

    Good upgrade tire

The Metzeler is a good handling tire, better than the stock hoops on the Silverwing. Give up some tread life, but ridden hard still got about 8k out of the rear, front is still going.

    Great Overall

On my Burgman 650 the OEM rear lasted 6800 miles. The feelfree lasted 10400 miles. Both tires were very stable and had good grip in all conditions, even snow. So the Metzler gave me about 67% more life and performed just as well.

    Great Tire!

Had this tire on for about a month, and find it far superior to the oem dunlops. Bike doesn't wander on the textured pavement, or road cracks like the dunlop tires did. Makes for a nice ride!

    2009 Silverwing

I am on my fourth set of Feel Free tires and they have performed flawlessly in all conditions - rain or shine, even in a little snow, and loose gravel. Tread life is OK - I get around 12,000 miles on the front and 7,000 to 8000 on the rear. They are a huge improvement over the OEM Hoops for grip, stability and wear.

    600+lb '07 650 Burgman

My experience ended catastrophically. Not designed with full understanding of lateral stresses 120+mph bike exhibits. "Scooter" label must confuse'em. I'm NOT a "scooter" rider. I ride WITH sport-bikers, 140+mi. daily, & in a MOTORCYCLE club. Suddenly, w/o warning, & w/o even reaching the wear bars, center rib DISINTEGRATED in a 1cm strip during a ~50mile run, belts showing. Rode back at <50mph. The bare "strip" was ~2" across! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!

    Much better than stock tire....

I replaced the stock tires on my Yamaha Majesty Touring Scooter. I use the scooter for commuting on Interstate and around town driving. The original tires followed rain grooves and and any seams on the concrete segments of the Interstate. The Metzlers I got front and rear do NOT follow the rain grooves or the concrete cracks in the concrete and make the scooter feel like a different bike all together with much better handling and ride.

WAY better than the stock tire (Chen Shing). Rides over bumps great, corners even better. The traction dry and wet is perfect.

    Metzeler Feelfree Rear Tire

I have owned 4 Burgman 650s and have ridden them over 250,000 miles. I have used almost every tire available for these bikes, and I like the Metzeler tire better than any other tire that I have used. I only have about 3000 miles on my rear tire, but it is seems to be wearing well.

I really like my rear tire so far. I have only put about 1000 miles on it, but so far the stability, cornering, and dry traction is great.

    Suzuki 650 Feelfree Radials

The best all round tire for my Burgman 650. Love these radials. Completely better ride over OEMs. Best tire ware 15K on my 1St set of Metzelers. Just put my second set on. Proper air pressure and balance is the secret for long tire wear.
