Dynojet Auto Tune for Power Commander V
    • “Auto Tune” kits are available that include Wide Band O2 sensors and control boxes. It will plug directly into the PC V and allow automatic fuel adjustments
    • Auto Tune can make a map for each gear it can map each cylinder separately for each gear if needed (basic settings would make one map for all gears)
    • “Warm Up” fuel adjustment (unit reads engine temp and allows fuel/timing adjustments based on it)
    • Each map cell is individually adjustable so you can specify an exact AFR value for each area if needed. This allows the tuner/user to select specific AFR targets for idle, cruise, and large throttle opening areas. By doing this you can automatically tune the cruise area for best fuel economy while at the same time achieve maximum power at wide open throttle

I use the PC 5 with auto tune for a perfectly tuned Harley. Runs smooth and fast like none other.

    Review power commander

As of this writing, everything worked great. However, I was concerned about the can plugs making good connection and the location of both units. I could not locate either one as per the directions and make the final assembly work on my Victory Vision.

Along with the PCV the fact that you have a tool that allows you to play around with Air Fuel Ratios and this device work the PCV until it attains your AFR Targets! Priceless! For a DIY mechanic, this is invaluable, you can tweak and tune to your hearts content.

    Power Commander Auto Tune

This thing works, it is the best way to get all you can out of you PC V and your bike. Save the money you would spend on a dyno tune and make your own.

    My Time!

My 2010 Yamaha Raider, 1950cc, reworked heads, Cams & Kit, Dynojet I installed. The bike then ran like a sick horse! I had to spend over 3X the money the tuner costs to get my bike back running like it should. HP+125, Torque 117. Gee thanks Dynojet!!!

    Power Commander AutoTune

Added to my Power Commander V on my 2004 FLHRCI. After install Customer service at Dynojet stayed on the line and walked me through the set up and adjustments, very patient and professional. You will wait on hold for Dynojet Customer Service, it's worth it. You will need Customer Service from Dynojet so they can help you set it up so your map so it adjusts both cylinders separately. If you install an AutoTune and don't notice a difference in performance and fuel mileage you did something wrong.

    Release the Beast!!

I installed the PCV w/ Autotune on my 2010 Ultra Limited. The total install took about 30 minutes, but luckily i had no o2 sensor issues because i installed new pipes. The bike runs flawlessly. Excellent torque through the rpm range. Riding 2 up is awesome as well. I have power to spare. A must have for any application.

Have the PCV with auto tune on my 2011 RGU works like a champ.

Better instructions would of helped. And also for my bike the angled o2 sensors would have worked better. Then the straight ones that came with the kit.

    Not worth the money

Install was cumbersome with quick connector located close to the exhaust instead of under the seat, multiple wires to connect to the autotune itself. Adjustments made by the autotune differed greatly from the other maps and caused surging, sluggish response, etc. While I am not happy about the hours and money spent on the dyno, this has not been the alternative I was seeking.

    great product made

This kit allows those who do not wish to pay extra expense for a mechanic to do so when climate in home town changes. This item will do the full adjustment needed to run great in any condition every time.

Dynojet needs to go back and test this on the FZ1!

When I got this, not only was the 02 sensor cable too short with a too-large connector, but the product was a disaster. I had a great map that I wanted to fine tune and maintain with this Auto Tune. On the FZ1, this product is a disaster that caused poor gas mileage, lean surging, and generally poor performance. I took it off after two months of calls and emails to Dynojet, who in turn acknowledged lots of problems on bikes like the Vmax, R1 and FZ1.

    Works Great!

I've read of others having problems with the Autotune Add-on for the PCV. I had no problems. The install was on a 2009 CBR 600RR. I installed everything as instructed and did not run into any problems. I did install a switch to allow a base map and learning mode for the autotune. After the first run, I was sold. The bike is running so smooth, the purchase was worth every penny. Do keep in mind, in order to tune completely, you have to run the bike at various rpms and throttle positions for a full tune and the autotune will take samples and make the trim table. My opinion of a autotune vs a dynotune in reality is a hands down for the autotune as it makes adjustments based on real world conditions such as ram-air, ambient temp, traction, etc... Just my 2cent. Bottom line, if you are a diy kinda person, I would definitely buy one. If you're not and just want the bike tuned, then I would suggest a dynotune.

I love the product, but Dynajet needs to redo the instruction sheets. Maybe more specific to the model, and try to improve the location for O2 sensor plug. Not much room where they expect to go. Still a great product and like all aftermarket equipment, it always requires a little finesse to install. I recommend this to all interested.
