I've placed several orders with motorcycle superstore and have been extremely pleased in all aspects. They have awesome prices and a fast easy to navigate, web site. They ship orders promptly and don't leave you hanging if there is going to be a delay. They stand behind what they sell. I received a helmet that was damaged during shipping, so I called customer service. I spoke with a real person (who spoke English) and he was ready to do whatever it takes to make it right.

Product Review: Motorcycle Superstore
First I would like to say that Motorcycle Superstore is really great to do business with. I ordered an incorrect replacement rear tire for my son's SV650. I bought the incorrect one. It was too late to stop the shipment of the wrong tire but these guys let me order the new tire. I printed a return label and took the tire to UPS. When they got it back they emailed me that it was received and my credit was issued to my card minus $6.99. That is the best return policy on the whole web in my opinion. So...these guys rock.
