I mounted this valve between my auxiliary tank mounted on my luggage rack and the main line. If I turn on both the petcock and this valve on, full fuel will flow into the main tank causing an overflow. I tested this valve to ensure it does not leak or pass thru any fuel when off. It has been flawless in operation. It is a smooth on/off and is easy to mount. I highly recommend this valve as I have tried many that do not work as well as this one.

I'm using this fuel valve for an anti-wet-sumping valve on my '68 BSA motorcycle. If I let it sit for a week or so (a crime, I know), oil would seep through the oil pressure line and into the engine sump, causing a great deal of smoke and fouled plugs after start. This valve makes my life SO much easier by not having to drain that sump! ... as long as I remember to turn the valve on, and not toast the bottom end, that is!
