I have a 94 XR650L and my tail light has bothered me since I bought it in 94! Finally decided to replace it and this light fit perfect and was super easy! Am now enjoying riding the best dual-sport bike ever made without carrying a tv on the back!

Fit right on with no problems to my xr250l. Got rid of the ugly 'tv set' tail light. Wiring seemed to be mismatched but after a bit of tinkering it worked fine. Other than that the light works great!

Fits great, nice and bright, but I keep burning up bulbs every 100 miles or so. And its damn near impossible to find a replacement. I converted it to a 3157 socket, and it seems to be holding up better for now.

I replaced my original light with this one, good fit. Wires are too short and the bulb is dim and doesn't brighten up when the brakes are applied, and Yes it's hooked up correctly, you can see a little change but not good enough for a rear ender to be avoided.

The bulb that's in it is pretty bright. Watch out as the screws in the lens are different lengths. Fit is OK, not like a glove, but not too shabby.

This replaced the "TV set" tail light assembly on my 2007 XR650L. I love the low profile look. This light fits almost exactly on the existing fender mount. I bolted my license plate to the other factory holes (with a little work). The rubber seal on this light is within a couple of millimeters from fitting in the rectangular notch, but not exact. So far, the fuzz have not bothered me about the license plate light (really small). Wiring was a manual affair (cut and crimp), but not difficult.

This tail-light is a great fit on the XR650L to replace the large factory tail light assembly. My biggest gripe is that this tail light uses a unique bulb. It's an 1157 socket, but the glass part of the bulb is much smaller. Couldn't find one in an auto parts store anywhere.

This light is the perfect replacement for that ugly big factory tail light on my 650L.It fits perfectly in the rear fender i used my factory wiring from the stock light. Excellent product!
