  • The original Rally Pro handguards are equipped with an aluminum bar for the strongest protection available
  • Aluminum guard for maximum strength
  • Nylon composite material injection molded in and around the aluminum guard for increased protection
  • Indexed steel bar-end insert mounts solid and will not allow guard to rotate in a crash
  • Comes equipped with mounting kit to fit 7/8" steel and 7/8" aluminum handlebars
  • Mounts to the handlebar by cutting off the end of each grip and the throttle tube to install bar inserts
  • Plenty of room for cables and brake lines
  • Optional spoilers and mounting kits for oversized handlebars are sold separately

Scott Fond du Lac,  WI Acerbis - Rally Pro Handguards These durable hand guards bolted on to the bars of my YZ250F very easily. I have Pro Taper bars and ordered the Pro Taper mounting kit. I had a pair of these hand guards on my XR400 and am just as happy with the new pair as was with the old pair.

Michael Moore Duck,  WV Acerbis Rally Pro Bark Busters The handguards were as described and arrived quickly after my order. I installed these on a DR 650 and it was a fairly easy installation. The bike already had bar ends so I did not have to cut the grips. I did have to shorten my clutch and brake lever for clearance. I wish they gave a little clearer information about how they install and fit, but I guess so many bikes are different and have been modified it would be difficult to do. They did fit well with no changes other than the levers. I have dropped the bike a few times in rocky situations and have been very glad I had them installed. They definitely do what they are designed to do, which is protect the bike AND my hands. A little pricy, but will easily pay for themselves in the long run.

Barry Reed Abingdon,  MD Rally Pro Handguards I installed my handguards on my DRZ 400SM, I love the way they look! Please note: If you have aftermarket Bars that are larger in diameter, you will need to buy a mounting kit to fit the bike. Luckily I am a machinist and was able to mill the bracket to make them fit. Otherwise I like the way they look on the bike!! Would buy again for another bike!

Brad C New Ipswich,  NH Acerbis Handguards I have a 2003 KDX220R and I have had the hand guards on it since I bought the bike. I can't even BEGIN to tell you how many times these things have saved me from having a crippled hand for a season. I’m 17, but I bought the bike when I was 15 and I was NOT a tall kid when I purchased it. (I was 5'2 I think when I bought it. Couldn't even touch the ground when I sat on the seat, so I went down quite a bit getting used to a full size bike.) The trails I ride are TIGHT TIGHT, with trees and rocks and roots everywhere. I also ride along the power lines, fire roads and in a sand pit that is 5 minutes away from my house. In every place these guards have paid for themselves REPEATEDLY. These hand guards would be my number one recommendation to anyone who wanted them.

david sametz bucksport,  ME acerbis pro handguards Definitely heavy duty. Quite heavy too, but that’s the price you pay for good handle bar control protection not to mention your knuckles. I’m surprised this product doesn’t incorporate a heavy duty plastic beam instead of the aluminum. I’d bet it would be near as strong and weigh half as much

Scott Milledgeville,  GA DR650 and KLR 650 Installation Not very easy to install. I installed two sets in one day. One set was easy because the bike owner did not mind cutting off the end of the brake and clutch handles on his KLR 650. The other owner did not want to cut off his handles on the DR 650 and installation was a pain.
