Product Description
  • The original Rally Pro handguards are equipped with an aluminum bar for the strongest protection available
  • Aluminum guard for maximum strength
  • Nylon composite material injection molded in and around the aluminum guard for increased protection
  • Indexed steel bar-end insert mounts solid and will not allow guard to rotate in a crash
  • Comes equipped with mounting kit to fit 7/8" steel and 7/8" aluminum handlebars
  • Mounts to the handlebar by cutting off the end of each grip and the throttle tube to install bar inserts
  • Plenty of room for cables and brake lines
  • Optional spoilers and mounting kits for oversized handlebars are sold separately

Ben Oakville,  CT EXCELENT :-) These are the best...I've had them on my CRF 250 for a year and they are very durable and they hold up well against rocks, dirt, pavement or whatever. I recommend these to anyone who breaks a brake or clutch every time they go out riding.

Todd Anderson Morgan Hill,  NY Acerbis Rally Pro Handguards The Acerbis Rally Pro Handguard works. This is the second set I've had on my YZ. I kind of hacked the first set to get the bar to fit around the front brake line. One piece of advice, get the LONGER bar mounts if you own the YZ, you'll have much more adjustability in positioning your handguards.

Al Coholic FM,  NJ Rally Pros These fit the CRF450X great. They work really good but they sometimes get dirty and scratched when taking soil samples :-). I'm particularly impressed with the design they used to hold them inside the handle bars. I wasn't particularly impressed with the instructions. I think they could have used a little more detail but it is kind of obvious how they go on. I just didn't want to miss something.

mike terlingua,  Nova Scoti rally pros Great product! Took some tweaking to install, but is relatively simple. Looks good, and a very tough design. Already tested on a fall, and some branches. Held up great, and my hands sure appreciate it!
