  • The 909 Masher has a main frame constructed of 6061 grade aluminium
  • It is then heat treated to a T6 standard and is encased in a replaceable injection molded plastic
  • Mounting hardware for standard bars is included except the Orange model for KTM's which come with 1 1/8" bar mounts to accommodate the oversize handlebars
  • Replacement plastic now available

Rick Kent,  WA 909 Masher Handgaurds Overall I am very pleased with the product. Very stout, functional, and looks great on bike. The diameter of the bushing assembly in the hardware provided to mount the guards into the end of my handlebars (2007 DRZ400S) was way too small though. I increased the diameter by wrapping the bushing assembly with duct tape until I got a snug fit within the bar and was then able to lock it in by tightening the lock bolt.
