Mike Albert Birmingham,  PA Thor Slam backpack I purchased this for my son who is in 8th grade. He uses the backpack to tote around his school books. He loves the look of the thing, and insists it has plenty of space. I don't think it will last the school year though (he got it at Christmas), as it seems overloaded and too heavy when filled with schoolbooks.
