I ordered the 500g bag and it took all of it,even short by a bit to pack it in to my pro circuit ti-4 pipe. Still very loud too. Is what it is.

Moose Racing competition muffler packing
Appears to be a high quality product, easier to work with than fiberglass. I believe most people will use more than one pack to obtain the recomended density. I needed close to 250 gm for 15" long, 3" dia core, with 4" dia cover.
