Not For 2010's KX250F's

This is a good chain, but it wore down my inner sprockets!!! (front & back) With only about 10 hrs. of ride time. If you own a KX, stick with a DID chain!! (which is STANDARD for KX's) All 520 chains ARE NOT the same!!

Cheap insurance

When you're out on the road or trail and have an issue, this is cheap insurance if you drop a clip or plate in the rocks when changing a sprocket. $5 to slip one of these in your tool kit, or just put the clip and plate in, if wieght is that much of an issue.

Second time, still happy

I just replaced one of these chains with over 14K miles on it on a 2008 KLR 650. Changing between 15, 16, & 17 tooth counter shaft sprockets (on the road trips) the clip style master is easy to work with. The last 2K miles it really started to stretch, but I'll keep buying this chain over and over. Shortening this chain down to the 106 links with a tool in the shop showed how tough this chain is, once set up it's fine.
