I can't comment on durability but they seem really well made and are a heavy material.
Ordered SMALL for my 4 year old boy and MEDIUM for my 6 year old boy...the SMALL fits my 6 year old pretty good but I planned on some room for growth.
Lots of pockets and they look great!

Great Jacket
I worn this jacket on the dunes (Oregon Coast) this weekend and it was everything I hoped it would be. I was able to ride very comfortably and take along my keys, cell phone, camera, etc. Everything has a pocket for it! I'm a bit cold natured but this jacket kept me nice and warm, but don't worry, there are plenty of ventilation zips to keep you from overheating during hard rides. I highly recommend this jacket especially if you’re a small female!!! The fit is great.
