Aaron T. Heaton Shelby,  MT Sizes run small This product did not have an on-line sizing chart and the large was too small for a size 36 waist. I can still squeeze into it but would advise getting an extra large in order to be more comfortable. The ribbing is also a little soft. It works well with the extra strength Velcro but on the sizing you have been forewarned.
