Tony Cueller Atlanta,  GA Kidney Belt This Six Six One belt fits on the small size. It is really a small belt and will not fit a medium or large adult. The belt is extremely light with no plastic built into the belt to support the lower back. This kidney belt does an average job for lower back support.
