Klim Dakar Riding Pants
True fit in the waist. Really could use either a back pocket or front pocket. Make sure you move the zippers from the leg vents up a bit because if you take a fall & you're not wearing knee pads, you'll wish you were because they'll stick right into the side of your knee. Great fit, great feel & great look. They're kinda pricey, but what's not these days.

Great buy
These pants are great! Durable and perfect for fair weather. Awesome ventilation helps in the warm. I wish for pockets, a removable liner, and a zippered waist for the matching jacket, but for the money you can't get better.

klim pants
Very comfortable. They do not bunch up under your legs with room to move. Super durable. I like the cargo pockets, vents and the velcro waist is great. High quality and worth the money. I really like Klim gear.

Comfy
I am 6'4' so I bought the tall size. Great fit. I am 36' waist, bought a 38. Plenty of velcro to make them tighter. I wear kahki pants underneath, at least at this time of the year. Very comfortable while riding and easy to get on/off. Vents are great. Like the other person, minimal hip/knee padding, but I just bought some padding and stuffed it alongside the original padding. Nice. I recommend them highly.

Disappointed
With all the hype about Klim, I was looking forward to a well made pair of pants, but these are just your average - MADE IN CHINA - pants. The armor they come with is a joke. They look good and have nice pockets...so if its not to hot or not to cold, and not going to rain on your adventure ride, these are perfect. In short, I'll wear them out, but I would not buy them again, and have already ordered something else for my upcoming Tour de WY.

Sometimes you just have have to pay a bit more for quality.
I haven't yet got the chance to wear these much. I have a 3 week trip planned from Texas to the North East. Will review in better detail later. The overall fit and feel of the article is definitely one of well-made quality.

Solid Performers
The price and features on these pants make it an excellent purchase. I particularly like the adjustable velcro leg bottoms. It makes an easy job of putting your boots on and snugging the pant legs around your boots. The zippered thigh vents keep you cool and the cargo pockets are good sized and fasten securely. The waist offers adjustable velco pulls to keep you comfy. Well thought out design and feature set for the price.

Klim Dakar Pants
A little baggy so I can wear thin pants or sweats underneath if it's cold. Love the cargo pockets and cooling zip vents. Had them hemmed, purchased aftermarket knee guards and trimmed them to fit. Great pants.
