Mainjet Woodland Park,  CO Moose expedition pants I ordered these for a) the pockets. My MX pants had no pockets and w/o a jacket I had nowhere to carry ID and other stuff on days I was traveling light and b) over the boot cuffs. They fit the size indicated OK. The legs are a bit puffy around the knees. Good for wearing with knee pads. There is also some light padding around the front of the knees. Not enough to replace hard pads but good enough to provide extra insulation on a cool day’s dual-sporting w/o wearing knee pads. I wore these immediately for a two-day dual-sport ride in northern Colo upon receipt. They did fine for me. After the second ride one of the two female end of the snaps at the top of the zipper pulled out. Guess that's why they use two. After wearing them on a two-day ride I really doubt they are all-weather, (waterproof). The included belt is a bit flimsy so I use suspenders too.
