Item Description

Answer Racing Alpha Air Pants

For 2009 the Alpha Air pant is built around the Alpha line chassis but uses a new, lighter, more durable open mesh than past models. Answer spent a year testing this fabric and pro riders came away with a unanimous thumbs up. Of course they would. It has all the features of our Alpha pant, plus breathability.

Features:
  • Built on the same chassis as the Alpha pant but using new lighter durable mesh fabrics
  • Strategically placed Spandex® panels create freedom of movement without any restrictions
  • Floating rear seat yoke and liner stretch panel work in unison to improve pant fitment when sitting and standing
  • Super wide 40 mm waistband with four elastic ribs hold the pant in place and jersey tucked in
  • Genuine cowhide inner knee leather resists burning and insulates knees from hot exhaust pipes
  • Premium Italian-made ratchet buckle system holds tight, won’t slip
  • Side waist adjusters can reduce waist size up to 2” to provide a custom fit
  • Pre-shaped knees fit best in attack position and offer room for knee braces

Answer Alpha Air Pants

These are very comfortable, fit true to size. I had some older Fox 360's and they kept getting pulled down by either my knee guards or their fit and got very uncomfortable after a few laps on the MX track. These have a yoke back design that works. Pants stay in place and the ventilation is amazing. Cool. I'm a convert to the Answer fit for my body!

Great Offroad Pants

Answer's Alpha line is top-notch. The new material they now use to allow airflow is a big improvement as it isn't as apt to collect dirt/mud. Ventilation is great. I'm a big fan of the side adjusters to allow more tolerance for variances in one's waste size. The pants are very comfortable, are well put-together, and look terrific. Well worth the extra money - when on sale!
