Roger Curtis Baltimore,  MD M1 Pants I'm a big guy and I used my everyday pant size for the waist. I should have measured my waist and gone with a bigger size. In Moose's defense it was my own fault. That said, the pants are awesome. Measure your waist and go with that measurement.
