AFX FX-37 DS Multi Helmet

This helmet model meets or exceeds both ECE 22.05 and DOT FMVSS-218 motorcycle helmet safety standards. Please Note: Only ECE approved helmets purchased from European importers carry the ECE certification markings. This is due to ECE regulations.


Features:
  • An aerodynamic shell design constructed using an advanced lightweight composite poly-alloy
  • A flush-fit, quick-release, single-turn screw face shield with side covers. The shield itself is optically correct, compound-curved, scratch-resistant and protects against UV-rays
  • There are several tinted shields available for this model
  • Shield can be removed to allow open face riding or goggle use
  • A helmet liner and cheek pads made with a hypo-allergenic and antimicrobial nylon, all of which are removable and washable
  • 9 points of ventilation with chin, side, forehead top and rear vents

Noah Traverse City,  MI DS Multi Helmet Wow, I took a risk on this one. Why, becuase you can't find a helmet like this for less than $400.00. Looks cool, fits great, is very comforable. Great buy.

David indianapolis,  IN Best DS for the money The Shoei is certainly a better helmet but not a better deal. For 1/4 the cost, the AFX is the best deal by far. Make sure you follow the advice of others - get one size larger. I did not and had to return it for a larger size. Fortunately, Motorcycle Superstore is great to work with on returns.

David Indianapolis,  IN No doubt the best dual sport helmet for the money I researched the Arai and Shoei Hornet prior to finding the AFX. No doubt the Shoei is a much better helmet, but for 1/4 the cost this AFX is a great choice. I did not have a problem with the shield distortion and love the orange multi color as it is very visible and matches my KTM 640 Adventure. The bill is long enough to block sunlight but handles the wind. Motorcycle superstore was great to work with because I did not listen to the advice of other reviewers and did not order one size larger than I usually wear. I was able to return the helmet and order the next larger size. Please follow the advice of ordering a larger size. The first one I got hurt like crazy- when I got the next larger size it made all the difference and I love this helmet. I will still use my RF800 Shoei for cold weather but this will be my helmet of choice for the rest of the year.

Rick Hane Gresham,  OR Great helmet and a good deal This is a sharp helmet it fits well and looks awesome and for the price it’s a killer deal. Very functional cross between off road and on road for my 530 EXC KTM, very nice.

Scott Queen Creek,  AZ Dual Sport Multi Bought the newer multi hoping some of the issues with the solids were fixed. From what I have read about the solids nothing has changed on the multis. None of these issues are a deal breaker. Shield distortion is there but minimal. Chin strap is further back than most helmets and the snap is hard to get to. I wear an xl in other helmets and the xl fits pretty good. Excellent fit and finish and the helmet looks great.
