The fit and finish on it is not as good as an hjc for example, but not as bad as the generic helmets. For the price I got it off this website it was a steal. Not too heavy and decent ventilation. Brian Aurora,  CO 606 IV Helmet This is a great helmet that was a great deal on closeout - under $40. Comes with a carry bag too. Helmet size chart is accurate, but could have probably gone one size larger and still had good fit and room for my son to grow. I bought a small size adult helmet for an 8 year-old, which is large, but so is my son. Child helmet would be needed for anyone younger. Tried to get one for me, but no size/color available for Dad on closeout :(
