Looks great, lightweight and believe me, I've tested it! Protects the noggin like it should. However, should have sent extra visors with helmet. I race x/cntry and understand faceplants destroy things, but every race? Refuse to buy another visor, repair with super glue and tape the 2 visors I have. Great helmet--weak visor!!!

Spectre review
I’m a Vet MX'er, and I purchased this helmet for several reasons, but the main reason was the DOT BSI TYPE A rating. I think this testing standard may better reflect the types of impacts that can be expected in Motocross.
Likes:
1. Fit. For me it was perfect. I found no issues with it being smallish as some others have posted. I used a tailors tape for measuring, and the fit was just right.
2. Graphics, so much better than in the photos, real depth to the paint, and some metal flake glitter going. Nice.
3. Eye-Port, fit my huge Smith Sweat x and Scott No sweats fine, and that’s with a Med size helmet.
4. BSI TYPE A. Kite mark.
5. Channeled EPS like a bicycle helmet, supposed to help dissipate g-forces. Looks like a good idea.
6. Comfort, for me it was almost perfect.
Dislikes, or maybe more of a 'wish' list.
1. No second visor included.
2. Lots of paint oversprays under the visor.
3. Mouthpiece has an ugly screw sticking in toward the chin bar.
4. Not much of a liner, but that may be a plus in the heat.
5. Chinbar, I don’t feel much 'give' on the inside in the chin bar, not sure what the material is, but it’s very hard.

Nice Helmet, it’s light and has good air flow paint is grate. We bought the helmet one size larger and my son said he needs larger cheek pads so the fit will be better.

Suomy - Spectre Vegas Helmet
I purchased this helmet as a Christmas gift for my husband. The ease of purchase and service from Motorcycle Superstore was really fantastic. They were very helpful, responsive, and great to work with. My husband loved the helmet (the pictures really do not begin to do justice to how cool the graphics are in person). However, these helmets run very small. I ordered one size larger than he normally wears, and it was not large enough. I would recommend maybe ordering 1-2 sizes larger than you would normally wear when buying this helmet. The helmet itself is very well made, and Motorcycle Superstore has the best prices around!
