There is only one negative... The price, but once you get past that, hands down the best helmet I have ever worn. You won’t be disappointed. The fit is great, it doesn’t pinch your head in weird places or put unwanted pressure on spots of your head, it lines up the goggles so your eyes are in the center of your lens, you know, not being annoyingly close to the foam. Features, air flow, appearance, this helmet has it all.

Shoei is the bomb
If you've got a Shoei head, then get this helmet. Size XXL in the VFX-W fits me just as perfectly as my same sized RF-1000. It's comfortable all day long. Ventilation is very good and the visor is actually fine at higher speeds. I love this helmet.

...and ZI thought I needed and Arai
Since my sport bike helmet is an Arai I was convinced that is what I wanted/needed when I purchased my new dirt bike. Instead I purchased the Shoei VFX solid white [white to hopefully stay a little cooler since most of my riding is in the west deserts of Utah] The Shoei VFX is absolutely the most comfortable helmet I have ever worn; right out of the box it felt great, my OTG goggles fit perfect, my neck chest protection fit perfect, air flow through the helmet more than met my needs. I would highly recommend this helmet to anyone!
