"Sweet"
I've been racing about 8yrs. I could never afford Top of the line boots. Always 8's or 10's but these SG-12's are the best boot I ever put on!! No break in time. Looks Great! Very comfortable! They are a little squeaky but it's OK People notice! Slipped the boot on and went out for practice never missed a shift. I still can't afford the best "BUT" I will buy another pair of these boots, or Hopefully a sponsor will?

Great boots
These boots are very comfy; easy to walk in (they do squeak), easy to ride, shift, brake (heel shifting works well too). Seem like very good protection but I haven't crashed hard with them. Very easy to put on and take off. They are somewhat water resistant (if you have to dab your foot down for a second in the middle of a stream you'll still be dry).

Squeaky!
Great boots! Fit, function, comfort and durability are all perfect 10's. The only complaint I have is that after broken in (which only took a few hours), they were noisy when walking around. I mean....very noisy. Squeak squeak squeak! I haven't read anything about this problem, so I'm thinking my pair could possibly be defective. Has anyone else experienced this?

Extremely pleased with my recent purchase of my SG-12 boots. The fit is perfect and the memory foam is very comfortable. I don't want to take them off. Highly recommend this product. Cry once and buy the best.

Great boots ever!!!!
I always used to buy Alpinestar Boots because I liked the style. But one of my friends bought this Gaerne SG12 and really loved it. I saw the boots and liked also. I decide to buy this brand and model and have no complain. I liked it a lot! The boot is very comfortable and provides wonderful protection. I wish I could buy another pair just to guarantee my next pair of boots will be the same as the pair I'm using now. Congratulations to Gaerne.

boots are absolutely comfortable. Fit is excellent, and they appear as they should offer excellent protection. Expensive, but great boots.

Money well spent
I have worn a lot of boots and the SG-12s are the best I have worn. The flat sole helps you feel planted when you really need that stability and traction at high speeds. After the initial break in the ankle support was great, and could feel both the shifter and brake pedal. Well worth the money, if you are a serious rider try the SG-12’s, you won’t be disappointed!

I'm very happy with these boots! They are super comfortable and for me, there was no break in time! The first time I wore them, I never even missed a shift! I really like the straps on these boots, they are easy and don’t come undone! The ankle support is phenomenal, definitely worth the money! My only worry with these boots was how they were going to fit. I asked around, but couldn't find too much information on the sizing. I wore a size 12 in Alpinestars, and I ordered a size 11 in Gaerne and they are pretty close to perfect fit! Try them on if you have the chance! Awesome boot!
