I got these gloves for light commuter riding on a small slow bike. I would not wear them touring or where safety is a big concern. They were a good value for light use.

At the price I paid these gloves are practically disposable. The problem is they might actually be. I give them about ten rides max before I'll have to replace them. I suggest paying the $5 more and upgrading to the next level. But they are well worth the price I paid and look great.
