It does its job and is comfortable to wear. It didn't seem to mind taking a good slide through the gravel either.
My only real complaint is that the arm guards detach from the shoulders fairly easily and without noise; it seems that every time I stop for a breather, both of my arm guards have unsnapped and are down near my elbows.

Fox Racing - R3 Roost Deflector
Well, my review kind of only goes for the aspect of buyer because I had bought the Fox Roost Deflector for my boyfriend who rides but according to him, he loves it! As for me the price range on your merchandise is wonderful. Your prices beat any I had seen previously. Actually I was so impressed as well as my boyfriend that I also just purchased the Fox boots also and I can only imagine that my expectations for them well be as well if not better! Keep it up and I will stay a customer!

Fox R3 Roost armour
Well as you all may know Fox is a high quality motor sports apparel company. If you buy this product you will probably buy it for the looks or the brand name, unless you’re in competition or recreational racing. Other fine products like Troy Lee Designs, Thor, Answer, Moose, SixSixOne and O'Neal all have fine quality chest protectors but Fox Racing is the superior brand.
