I tried others only to send them back for being to short. I wanted something that covered my lower abs but would fit more snug on my torso than my old protector. This is exactly what I needed. I think the flexible lower back panel helps make it feel like its a part of you. Unlike like my old one which was great but sometimes felt like your wearing a garbage can with the bottom cut out. I don't even feel the thing when I'm wearing it and it covers my lower abs. I'm lovin it.

Motorcycle Superstore had the best sale price on this protector by far. Big guys like me do not have much selection with these products and this one only comes in one color, black, which is exactly like my old Airframe. The elastic straps wore out and lost their stretch over the years on my old one. Fox is one of the few companies making XL & XXL selections. It has adjustment, can use it with my Leatt, does what it is made to do.

Went down the first time wearing this deflector and it saved my shoulders from injury. Great roost deflector. It will not save you from horrific crashes, but this was not the function it was designed to have. Great design and great functionality! Graphics are nice but fall off pretty easily. I am 6 ft 1 about 175 lbs and fit great in the large.

I'm a first time rider at 41 years old and so protection is important to me. I'm 6'2", 290 lbs and this product works great for me. It provides plenty of protection, doesn't ride up when I wear it. I bought the XL one for people my size.

Well-constructed item. It offers very good protection. I've taken a few tumbles on the track and the Airframe has absorbed the energy well. It has also taken roost spray and cut the impact. Contrary to the other postings, it feels very bulky to me. I am very aware of it when riding. The shoulder pieces feel large and the front plate falls right at the pants top. Perhaps I needed a size smaller, but I went by the height/weight chart. Bottom line, like the impact protection, don't like the bulk.

This is the second chest protector I've ordered from Motorcycle Superstore. First I ordered the Race-Frame which was really nice but my boyfriend looked like he was wearing a child's size. So I sent that back and ordered this Airframe in a large/ blue-chrome. It says it should fit someone 5'8''-5'9''and 155-240lbs. My boyfriend is about 5'9'' and 230lbs. So based on the description it should have fit but this one was still way too small. Other than the size problems my boyfriend loved the Airframe. I'm not sure if I will order another one because they make you pay every time you send them back.

Everything works great on it! Haven't had a chance to test in hot weather but I don't even notice it on me.
