Me and my boyfriend tested out three braces, these won. The fact that they come in sizes is a huge plus. The S/M fit me great (I'm 5'5" with longer legs and normal width). They aren't too long like the Answer Alpha and Fox Titan. They take a little while to break in, so they feel a bit stiff at first. The neoprene on the back is awesome because you don't have to wear anything underneath them. They are also low profile enough to wear under pants, but they offer superior protection. Very pleased.

These are the one of the best knee gaurds for the price, bridge the gap between full braces and just cheap knee guards, little big under pants and hot in 85 degree plus and definelty get the knee brace socks because of the rubbing on the back of legs. I used them over my pants and upgraded after awile to full braces. Overall i like these and seem to offer more protection then other cheap knee guards, very solid but very bulky.
Horribly uncomfortable and break very easy

These are the worst designed pieces of off-road gear ever made. They are very uncomfortable and unbearable to wear. They limit my knee's motion a lot. Most of the time riding with these on your knees is absolute torture. Went for a ride last weekend and the entire time I was thinking, "get these stupid things off my legs." I fell on them twice and they do protect your knee well but if I didn't have these stupid things on my legs I wouldn't have fallen in the first place.

I ordered these and they didn't fit my boot and was disappointed. Kept them and ordered FOX Titan Pro, and MSR to compare. Kept the Thor and finally took off the bottom 2 straps to make more room in my boot and I love how they feel. The extra-large neoprene to put them on is more secure than two straps. I had to go to an L/XL and most of my gear is men's small. Was borderline for thigh size and I'm not large - I'm only 5'5 and 130lbs. So the calf part and knee part are big but I feel more protected.

Good product, just make sure you attach the velcro pieces well, as they can rub during a long ride

The only problem I had with these are the hinges (for the lack of a better word) will damage any type of decals at knee height. First use I wrecked my brand new body work decals and they were under my riding pants......

Slightly bulky, but easy to get used to. Once riding you don't notice them.

They fit very well and seem bomber, but they are extremely bulky and limit your range of motion (if you try to kneel that is). It looks like a brace, but the brace members are plastic, so I suspect they would break fairly easy under load. Overall they seem decent for the price but I'll probably upgrade to a true brace that is less bulky in the near future.
