Alex Mustang,  OK Great belt! I wound up buying this because everyone told me it's what I needed for when my lower back would get sore after riding motocross tracks. They were right. This thing has done wonders for supporting my back muscles, and I've yet to have or feel the back soreness / pain I used to when I rode without this kidney belt. It's definitely a worthwhile purchase - only wish I bought it sooner!
