Sheila surrey,  BC One size does not fit all I bought these thinking that regular meant small or medium. But it seems that they only stock this in a large! The size of these knee-shin guards are in fact a size Large. These are way to big for women. They are perfect for guys that are about 5'10” and greater who have big legs. They do seem like a good pair for the price I paid, too bad it was too big.
