Not too shabby except for the Matte Black one.
My only beef with this guard is that the flat black one doesn't come with arm guards but still costs more than the regular black one so, that's lame. Otherwise, the guard fits well, I'm 6'4, 220lbs. I wear the cheapest Leatt brace with it (the Adventure?) and that's like figuring out the Hellraiser puzzle cube but, once it's together, I forget it's there. I wore it over just a t-shirt and it was great. I haven't had a hard get-off with it but, I'd bet this month's ramen supply it'd hold up at least a few good times.

Convertible 11 roost protector
Although this is intended for dirt bike use-I wear it for on road riding protection. It lies well under the jacket and I feel much more secure wearing it. However I am a short male and when I look over my shoulder before turning my helmet hits the shoulder armor.

Great with my Bionic Neck Protector
The ONLY reason I got this was to see if I could make it work with my Bionic Neck protector. After letting out the adjustment straps to be as big/low as possible, I managed to make it all work. Very cool and finally I can have both chest protector and neck protector at the same time. The arm guards are too small for my arms, so I had to remove them.

luv this roost deflector. Was surprised how comfy it is to wear. When riding you forget it’s on super nice. Also fits neck brace well. Once again Fly great job!
