Good protection
They flex smoothly with my knees and seem to offer very good protection. Two issues for me- first, they're uncomfortably painful to ride sitting, but that may be 'cause they're a tight fit in my riding pants. Second, as a girl, I'm wishing I bought a youth size. Great product, though a little bulky- probably not suited to all girl's knees. I'll give my pair to a guy friend.

LOCK-TITE
The first time I used them they fell apart. Well the screws came loose and they came apart at the joints. Luckily I had some extra screws from an old pair, and I pieced them back together. This time with LOCK-TITE, they have been great ever since. Actually I have taken some nasty falls with them and they're extremely effective

Awesome for Mountain Biking
I know these are meant for moto but if you mountain bike these are the best you can get. I've used my Fly Racing knee guards for 5 seasons riding and racing DH on my mountain bike. Superb range of movement and durability compared to other mountain bike equipment out there. I had to shorten and re-sew the velcro straps since I'm 5'-10 and 175 lbs with average size legs to keep them from moving around. So comfortable you forget you're wearing them when pedaling. I'm only getting new pair because the padding has worn through at the bottom of the shin guard part and is rubbing my knee and they could use new straps.

Fly Racing - Moto Knee Guards
Don't like them and wouldn't recommend them. I am on my second pair in as many rides. The screws come loose and fall out. If you tighten them down so they don't fall out, the hinge won't articulate. I was hopeful they would work better because the offer good protection, but they aren't much good when they are always in two pieces

I really like these
I really like these they fit well and I don't even notice the velcro straps on bare skin. The only problem with them is the very first time I used them the screws on the hinges came loose and fell off. Luckily I only lost one screw, but was able to replace it with one at the local Ace hardware. All I did to fix the rest of them was put a little lock tite on them and now they don't come loose. Other than that they are worth the money.

Fly Moto Knee Guards
These are great knee guards. They fit well and are very flexible so if you have thin legs like me, you can bend them to fit. They do NOT have much adjustment though. There is only about 2” of velcro and if you don't fit in that 2” you are out of luck. They articulate well (although it is limited as any single hinged guard is). I will replace the straps with Velstretch strap (the whole strap is an attachment point for the velcro....unlimited adjustment). Not too bulky (if you wear jeans...better use “loose fit” like Lee Carpenter Jeans) to wear underneath. Overall...good product!

Fly Racing Moto Knee Guards
After using about a month the only quirk to these is a slight limitation of knee flexion when on a sport bike position. Not bad though. They are comfortable and a nice alternative to built-in knee protection. This would likely not be an issue on a typical cruiser bike.

Fly knee guards
These are the BEST knee guards I have ever used!!! They are better than O’Neal, Fox, Thor and MSR. They may look bulky but they’re not and they are a 10/10 for comfort, style, and function. They are nearly invisible under riding pants. THESE ARE 5/5 STARS!!!
