Fits great, I have a bionic neck brace and had to take the top two panels off the back protector. Its a little warm to ride in but the protection is well worth a little sweat.Have yet to find a Thor product that is not all quality for the price. Highly recommend!!! dress for the crash not the ride!!!

Great riding suit
I took a solid spill on a rock trail and the suit protected me very well. It protects my elbows great. The mesh is very breathable. I ride in the suit with a tank top and I stay cool in the Texas heat. I am 6'2'', 210lbs, 33" waist and a large suit fits well. I would definitely recommend the suit.

Good Quality but...
I'm a small-ish person (5'8") and I bought the s/m one of course, it fits great with all the buckles done up to the max but I have to take the back piece off as it pushes my whole suit up and bulges awkwardly near my shoulders (have a slightly shorter torso), and I'd rather not look like Igor at the track. Otherwise, great protection for great value if you want everything without going over budget!

I love this jacket!The only issues I have with it are, do I wear it on it's own or under a jersey. Also the mesh material is suspect whether it will last more than a year or two.But it fits great and is very comfortable.

One of my biggest fears about riding trails is the stuff you don't see under the brush. i.e. rocks, branches and of course the stump pointing out towards you. I feel much more comfortable riding with this on. I forget that I even have it on. I feel no constrictions with a camel back on either. Good product!!

Pros & Cons
This is basically a good garment. First time I've used an armor shirt for dirtbiking and I do prefer it to an over the shirt chest protector. I'm a big guy - 6'3” and 255 lbs. The XXL fits OK. Pros: Light weight, much cooler than I expected. I can get armor in the right places (pretty much) with the adjusters. I did not have the unzip issues with the kidney belt other guys have complained of unless you try to cinch it down super tight, then it unzips. Cons: Upper sleeve (Shoulder to Elbow) is too short for me. The point of my elbow sits in the gap between elbow & forearm pad. I solved this by zip tying the two armor pieces together, so they don't articulate as much. The forearm adjuster is plain dumb. It’s a two handed deal making it impossible to adjust on the fly while wearing it. Even when off, it is difficult to adjust. And last, one of the threads holding elbow armor pulled out on the second ride. I have to repair that. Even though I have some complaints, I would not go back to an over the shirt protector. This one fits pretty well for the big man. It just takes some effort to get it right.

Needs refinement
The protection offered by the Thor Impact Rig SE is impressive. However, there are a couple issues Thor should address before I would recommend their product. The zippers that keep the kidney belt attached unzip by themselves. Quite aggravating. The second issue is minor, but using the side zipper can require some acrobatics. It's probably more comfortable than having a zipper right down the middle of the chest, but it takes some getting used to.
