TScott Aspen,  FL Elbow Guards I took a good spill over large rocks and didn't receive any bad injury or cuts to my elbow but the elbow guard did slide away from it's intended position. This could result in injury. I do have a better elbow guard but I was not wearing it at the time. I'd suggest guards that strap down for riding on any hard surface; which anyone will encounter. Two, maybe three star rating for intermediate riders. The guard did spare me from a lot of additional pain.

Scott Turner Little Rock,  OH Fox Racing Elbow Guard I really enjoy these guards as they are comfortable for ALL DAY rides and I never noticed I have them on. They provide a decent amount of protection for the $$$. 2 other of my riding buddies have them as well. Can't really go wrong with these, IMHO.
