Ewan Ferguson Tracy,  CA Pretty Good At the time of writing I've only worn these pads twice whilst riding. The weather during these times was hot, 80 degrees plus (US), the pads were cool behind the knees when standing but did tend to bunch somewhat if sitting but it is a minor issue. I had to buy a large size as I found the medium to be too tight on my legs and I'm far from being a big person, 5'8" and 148lbs. I tried the Glider Lite also and some other pads and found these offer the best protection for the money for a Knee only pad.
