Excellent. Last trip 3000 miles in Baja, 65% offroad 35% road. Excellent hookup in the nasty stuff, reasonably smooth on pavement and minimal slip and slide. Front worked equally well. Just bought another set.

These are a great tire for the Dual Sport Adventurer and they have a 4 ply sidewall and lots of bite. A little noisy on the tar seal but still a good product!

I have been running these tires on my XR650L's for years now. I tried other brands but never found anything that worked as well as the Dunlop. I have never experienced the chunking/knobs ripping off problem that others complain of. The wear rate could be better but not at the cost of traction. After my next 11 days in the deserts of California and Nevada I expect to have this set half worn out and will have another set ready to go on.

I have a 2011 Husaberg FE570S. I've been riding asphalt to get to FS roads and trails, so I need tires that are diverse. I've been using Pirelli MT21 for years, and like them, but wanted a better tire on dirt. The D606 fits the need. It has about 25% better traction and far better impact-damping when you hit hard rock edges, etc. With the D606, there is a very small handling loss through HARD turns on pavement; they are as good on dirt/gravel roads, and they are superior on dirt and trails.

I have a 2012 KLR 650 that I put the 606 on the rear. I ride a lot of off-road, mostly desert & mountains. This tire worked great in all conditions. I got about 2500 miles out of it as I ran it until the knobs were gone. It still performed well even when worn out. The only downside is that they are very noisy on the highway.

2012 XR650L, 130/90-18 fits great, looks great, works great. On paved road its predictable, still obviously an off road tire, wear is as expected, 800mi and down to 40%. Withstands high speeds very well, no chunking or cracking. It's at home off road - it's a great tire to discourage others from following too close due to large rocks being propelled at lethal velocity.

1st set, rave reviews from friends that have them. I have always bought Kenda 768 for dirt and used dual sport tires for street.

1000 mile tire if you ride 60% hiway 40% off road. Noisy on the pavement, but handled good. I twist the throttle a lot, so you may get a few more miles.

1000 mile tire if you ride hard or twist the throttle. Thats what bikes are for right? On my 1983 XT550.

Not only does this tire makes my KLR look bad a$$ - it hooks up great in the dirt and does OK on the asphalt - I got 4000 miles out of last one...and it could have done some more, but put it on for the trip I just got back from. 1500 miles of mostly dirt and gravel in WY and CO... good stuff.
