Best tires, Best value!
I have tried several dual sport tires over the last few years. They are all decent, with some being better suited for road work and some better for offroad, but these are almost as good as the others on pavement, and way, way better off road! I ride a DRZ400S and I am hooked on these tires. Motorcycle Superstore had the tires in stock, at a killer price and prompt shipping. It doesn't get any better than that unless they send someone over to mount them for me!

Great Tire
Just rode 2500 miles of the transam trail on rocks, dirt, etc and then 1000 miles on the freeway. Tires held up great, will definitely buy more!

Great tire off-road! Must be respected when cornering on-road; use caution! I found this out the hard way (although I was probably pushing it a little) Albeit, this is my second D606 and I will probably buy them again. Definitely allows the DR650 to realize its potential in the dirt.

I've had great service with these tires. They last reasonably well and work pretty good on the street considering they are a full knobby design. They work well on the gravel FS roads I mounted them for.

This is a great performing tire for off and on road riding. We just returned from Colorado traveling over four off road passes of over 11,000 feet, rain, hail, rocks, mud, snow, and ice. The tire has exceptional grip. I will buy again.

Dunlop - D606 Dual Sport Front Tire
I really like this tire, it was as good as a factory fit and it handles well on the road and is great in the soft soil trails. I had cruised my KLR 250 at 70 mph and there was no humming like you might expect from a knobby, A well made tire for both on and off road. Thanks for the great service and the speedy delivery.

Nice for KLR650
I put a pair of D606 tires on my KLR650, great performance off road compared to the stock tires. They hook up really well on the soft stuff where the stock tires would slip quite a lot. On road they are not as nice as the stock tires but I can live with the performance compromise for the extended tire life, they chirp easier on the street around corners and stopping. I would highly recommend for dual sport riding mostly off road or short road trips, but probably not for the touring dual sport riders. They howl pretty well on the street too, could get annoying for the long haul.

Nice Tire
Replaced stock tires with the D606 front and rear. Very stable on the highway up to 74 mph, then the front end moves around. Not sure how they will wear, but as of now I am impressed.

Great dual sport tires
The vast majority of my riding is on sand trails in eastern NC. Aired down to 15 lbs or so they hook up well and have a smooth, predictable slide which makes for very fun riding. The slide feels nice on gravel roads too. Once again, much better when aired down. Traction through mud is acceptable, I don't think you can do much better with any other DOT tire. Amazing grip on the pavement; They're a little pricey, but I feel the performance warrants the price tag and I'll keep buying them.

Good Compromise
I put a set of these on my '08 Honda XR650L and I've got over 400 miles on them, almost half of that was off-road. So far, I'm very satisfied with their performance, more than I'd expected to be. They seem best suited to harder stuff and work really well in rocky terrain, though loose gravel, dry sand or deep powder will give you fits. Amazingly, these tires seem to hook-up well on the most of the soft, moist and sticky loam or even wet sand but they don't instill a lot of confidence, in any kind of mud or wet hard pack. My only complaint, is that I'd like to see wider sizes available, for both ends.

Street legal off-road tires!!
If you want your street legal enduro to stay street legal and still have tires as aggressive as your dirt bike, then these are the tires for you. Not too bad on the road, slight-noticeable hum at around 50mph to 60mph, but all out off road traction when you leave the pavement. Definitely worth the trade-off if your bike sees more trail than road. DOT legal and very manageable on road.

Mounted a set on my 1990 Honda Transalp last June. They were a little squirrely when first riding on the blacktop, improved after a bit of wear. EXCELLENT on the trails and back roads. Wet weather riding was a bit of a challenge - but hey, they're knobbies! Dry weather on road riding was adequate, but noisy. I won't mount another set unless I plan on about a year of HEAVY off-road riding. Tires lasted about 4500 miles. Most places advertise these as 90/10 (off/on) and they are correct - n
