michelin trials competition tube type rear tire
I use the tire on a YZ250 to race in Harescrambles in Iowa, Illinois and Missouri. I’ve raced with a Maxcross IT, D952, D756 and a Michelin SM1. I will race with trials tires until something better comes along.

Michelin is always the tire of choice for trials. They offer the best grip and feel of any Trials tire available. They are standard equipment on every Trials bike made.

michelin vrs. dunlap
Recently I purchased the dunlop 803 to try out on my KTM 525. The tire had performed great but I tore it apart after only 4 rides. If you like traction in the woods and have the need to twist the gas and flat track a few corners I would pick the Michelin over the dunlop. You give up a minute amount of grip but the tire holds up much better to the will of the right hand. At 10 psi I have the confidence to attempt obstacles I would have gone around before. !!!!Thanks Michelin !!!!

Michelin 4.00x18 Trials Competition Rear Tire
I never really knew how worn my old rear tire was until I put this one on. I am getting so much traction from the rear now that it is pushing the front. I will have to replace the front tire very soon with the same tire type. I got the best price on this tire from Motorcycle Superstore.

Michelin -Trials tire
This is my first trials tire and I put it on a KTM 525. I don't have a trials bike. I have only ridden one time so far with it but so far I love it. The traction is incredible and the tire hooks up.

Michelin-Trials tire
This tire is amazing, grips in all conditions, a must for mountain single tracks and especially when you have a bike that is a two stroke. Can't say enough about this tire. This is all I use on my KTM 200 EXC.

Michelin Trials Tire
I mounted this tire on my KTM EXC for a ride in Colorado. It worked great, lasted over 850 miles and still has more life in it. Held up on pavement at highway speeds. The traction on the tight single track trails, over wet roots and logs, and threw boggy draws was great. 2 THUMBS UP!

Mr. Sticky
This tire is phenomenal in the mountains on technical sections, but will also perform predictably all day long. I have run them on my CRF-x 250 and one tire will last almost the summer season, riding every weekend. I know people that have run this tire way past what a normal person would think is viable… they say it’s all about the rubber… MR. STICKY… need I say more?
