t63 tire
Glad to know there is a good replacement tire out there that doesn't cost a lot! Replaced my Twinduros and am very happy with the results! Bought a t63 front tire to try out and will mount it soon.

Solid Choice
This is a very, very good tire for a true 50/50 dual sport bike. I mounted the tire on a DRZ400, paired with a Pirelli MT21, and run it both on and off road at 23-25 psi. The on-road stability (tested up to 80 mph) is fantastic; very, very little noise, no hopping or wiggles, and very confident cornering. I've put about 175 on-road miles on the tire without a single bobble. The off-road traction is a bit better than what I expected. I've run the tire through a wide range of terrains, from large riprap down to knee deep mud holes, with no complaints. Lateral traction is consistently better than expected (or needed); longitudinal leaves a little to be desired, but it has everything needed to go anywhere, and I haven't tried lowering the pressure. After 300 miles, the tread wear is decent; the tread blocks are all consistent and height hasn't changed. There are some significant radi building on the front edges, the side edges are fine.

Excellent
I've been buying from Cycle Gear and I've purchased this same tire twice in the last four months. This last time they wanted 30% extra. Not anymore. They're not even close to MOTORCYCLE SUPERSTORE. I'll be back & I’m spreading the word.
Thanks Brian

Michelin - T63 Dual Sport Rear Tire
I purchased these tires for both the front and back wheels on my R80G/S. It took some getting used to for the first few days on the pavement after having run Avon Gripsters. I then took them on a long trip into the Black Rock desert in Northern Nevada. They performed superbly on rocks, dirt, loose gravel and pavement. With the bike fully loaded for a week long trip, I ran them on the pavement at 32psi Rear, and 28 Front. On the desert roads, I reduced the pressure to about 23psi Rear and 20psi in the front, which produced significant handling improvements (i.e. don't run them on the dirt at pavement pressure). On grooved pavement, they can be a bit disconcerting given the wobble you'll get out of them. You probably will find me riding them conservatively on the (wet) pavement, but overall, I was looking for a more aggressive enduro tire for backcountry touring and I found it in these.

Michelin T63 Rear Tire
Just returned from a 2800 mile trip on my 2008 KLR650 with this tire. First time I've tried a T63. Everything is very good to excellent except tread wear. I'm down to 50% or less of tread. Compared to a Dunlop 606, this tire does not wear as good. Most of the use was off road, gravel, rocky, rough terrain. No complaints, except pretty soft rubber. I kind of expected it to be the case. Tread is close to TKC-80's.

Michelin T63
So far it seems to be a good tire, it hooks up excellent on gravel roads and road traction is good. You can feel the tire walk on rough road surfaces and ridges, but if you know it it’s no surprise. I haven’t been on a lot of wet pavement yet. I only have around 500 miles so far but it is a nobbie so we shall see.

Great Tires
I've had these tires for about 3,000 miles. They are showing considerable wear, but should be good for another 500-1000 miles. They perform great at freeway speeds and in the dirt on a KLR650. I'll buy them again.

Very good tire a bit slick on the street at first, but after a few miles it starts to stick very well. Hooks up in the dirt. great in rocky areas. Can’t tell how long it will last, have only had it for around 400 miles, but it is a dual sport tire. If I get 4000-4500 miles I would be happy. Will buy again got mine for under $60.00 bucks. Very good tire.
