Ron Canton,  GA Excellent Tire I've only put about 800 miles on the tires, but I've been impressed with the handling on pavement. The ride is quite and smooth and handles the curves well. Off road has only been about 10 miles on rutted dirt, the bike handled well and felt stable. If the tires last like they should, I'm going to be one happy camper.

AJ Las Cruces,  NM Nice Tire So far I am pleased with this tire. I have it on a Wee Strom and it’s a definite improvement over the OEM Deathwings. This tire seems to turn in faster in the corners than the OEM tires but they do let you hold a line and zip through the corners. I just used them on the slab while it was pouring rain and they performed superbly. I had no hydroplaning and the handling was more than adequate. I hope this tire lasts a long time as it will be my favorite.

Robert Osborne Heber City,  UT Anakee 2's - an early assessment I just installed the Michelin Anakee 2's front and rear, and I'm very satisfied with them so far. I've had them on the street, in the canyon twisties and even on the racetrack for a day - very stable, good grip in both dry and wet conditions, solid in the corners. It's too early for me to comment on tread life, since I only have 700 miles on them so far, but so far so GOOD!

STEVE WOODS DENTON,  TX ANAKEE 2's on an R 1100 GS The first trip with the new Anakee 2's, on my R 1100 GS, was to northwestern Arkansas. Both bags were full & I weigh 260. The tires did well. There were no surprises. Very stable in the sweepers as well as in the tight (20 mph) twisties. No rain on this trip so I can't comment on wet traction. This trip was only a bit over 1000 miles, so I can't comment on tread life. The only other comment I could make would relate to tire pressure. The R 1100 GS will punish the rider who does not keep up with his/her tire pressure! But, wont they all? At this time, I am pleased with my purchase and the service. Promptly, right to my door and the best price I could find, anywhere.
