Will Boise,  ID Pretty good dual sport tire. Shortly after mounting the Kendas on my KLR 650, I did a 2600 mile loop through the Canadian Rockies, and was impressed with the tires. They are relatively quiet on pavement, yet hook up pretty well on dirt and gravel two-track roads. I did not get the chance to try them in deep sand or mud. Performance is similar to Bridgestone Trail Wings. They wear well. I'll buy them again as a 50/50 dual sport tire.

David Miami,  FL Nobody will beat this tire! This is the first rear tire I've purchased aftermarket since purchasing my KLR650 new in 2007. The price I paid, plus the dual-purpose design, makes for an excellent buy. It's too soon for me to really rate the tread life on this tire, but the overall handling and stability with this tire is ten-fold compared to the OEM tire that came with my original bike purchase. I'd purchase another tire like this one, but I don't have much need for a second until this first one wears out.

Larry Corvallis,  OR Kenda K761 rr tire Fine 80/20 dualsport tire and a great price. Bike ridden as hard as one can be. Still lots of tread left after 1300 road, and 50 dirt miles. Will buy this tire again.

Steve Jenison,  MI Just What I wanted for the Street I ride 90% plus on the Street. I chose the Kenda for the price and tread design. 1st off how the motorcycle superstore can deliver it to me for $59.99 total is amazing. When it arrived I feared it was too wide but that was just the packaging. It fit perfect, looks awesome to me. Like an aggressive Street tire, Recommended for those that spend most of their time on the road.

Marc Dove Georgetown,  MA Great value I mounted the K761s on my '09 KLR 650 in Rapid City, SD then rode 2,000 miles to Massachusetts. Half that distance was ridden in the rail and the K761s gave me great confidence at highway speeds. I was surprised how well they hold their own on gravel roads and rocky bottom stream crossings. I now have 2,900 miles on these tires and they show very little wear. The only weak spots that I've found are they don't provide very good feedback while cornering. The Kenda K761s will be the road tire for my KLR and I'll switch to a DOT knobby like the Dunlop D606s when riding more off road. Great value!

Nyko St-Hyacinthe,  QC Good enough for me Got 4300 miles off the rear tire before changing it and am expecting the front one to last twice that much since I usually use two rears for one front. On the road, it has very good grip on dry pavement where you can literally throw the bike in corners and it will hold. You have to be a little more careful on wet pavement or can end up with both wheels going loose. Off road, keeping in mind that this is an 80/20 tire, you can expect good grip in sand, dirt and gravel trails. It doesn't have any kind of grip in mud or wet grass and I've slit one open once on hard rocky terrain where the grip was not so great and was bouncing all over the place. I also think this is not one of those tires that you should wear down to the wire as it loses significant grip in trails once the center groove is gone. Overall, I appreciate the performance I get out of this 80/20 tire and the price MS is asking for it really works for me. Keep up the good work.

Chris olympia,  WA 3000 miles 90% pavement I have just over 3000 miles on the 761's and they look brand new. They feel like they are just getting scrubbed in. Ride every day on highway commute. Have ridden the highway/twisties/forest roads. Throw in a few 100+ degree days and call it a summer. We will see how they do as the rain settles in here in the NW.

Zeke Johnstown,  PA Great 50 /50 Tire Mounted these on a KLR 650 Tengai. I mainly ride this bike 4 miles to and from work and locally around town. Im sure serious road use would feather the front. I don’t take this bike off road but do have other dirt bikes. This tire would be a perfect 50/50 dual sport for hard pack to light mud roads. They look great.

tom miron huntley,  IL Kenda k761 So far I am very happy with the tire, I have about 250 miles on it with no sign of wear. I was off road in Michigan this week end, had no trouble climbing rocky hills or riding rough trails. Did not do as well in soft sand, or it might have been operator error

Harry G Kimball,  NE Early review I only have three hundred miles on the tire. It seems to feel good on the road and trail. I was surprised with the traction in sand. I'm prepping for a mostly street ride to Cape Breton, NS and decided to try this tire over my old standby GP-1's. So far I really like the tire but we'll see how it does on a long non-technical ride.

Elias vista,  CA Kenda Tire I've only had the tire for about a month but I love the way it works on road. I have not used it in the rain or off-road so I don't know how it performs there. I have put approx. 450 miles on the tires and they still look brand new. I put them on my 08 KTM 450EXC-R and make the bike smooth and very good handling on the road. Great service and delivery from Motorcycle superstore and I loved the price for the tires Thanks

Paul Painchaud Keene,  NH Kenda Tire Rear Review from the nhrider.. For me, these tires are far better than the stock tires I got with my KLR. I got just a little over 2000 miles on the stock rear which was unacceptable to me. These tires feel like a 90/10 tire to me and for me that works great. I will carry an extra set of Kenda tires and extra tubes on my KLR ride to Alaska from New Hampshire. I haven’t had a real opportunity to feel the wet traction with my Kenda’s yet but from what I have experienced so far, I think they’ll do just fine. Price is a factor and I was surprised to see that Kenda made the grade.

Paul bend,  OR Kenda K761 Dual sport rear tire Great tire for the price so far- A less expensive tire was hard to come by in the local shops- Motorcycle super store really seems to know what a rider needs- will have to give a wear update later- stock tires on my 06 Suzuki DR 650 SE lasted almost six thousand miles.. Mostly commuting. If I get close to that with the Kenda's I'll be a fan.

Chris Baxter malaga,  WA Great Tire! My order came right on time. I am very pleased with how well this tire grips the road. I am a very aggressive rider and push my bike to the limit at every opportunity. Cornering, breaking, and acceleration on wet and dry pavement is excellent. I have only skidded once when I grabbed a little too much back brake. That was clearly me and not the tire. The best part besides the quality of the product is of course the price. I saved enough money over the local bike shop that I bought myself a nice pair of rain pants. I didn’t rate the tire wear because I have only put about 500 miles on the tire so far

Dennis Camby,  IN Great 80/20 tire for the money I have only about 300 miles on them so far on DR650. They are exactly what I was looking for. A good handling street tire that can handle basic dirt and gravel. I haven't been in the wet or mud with them. But on the street they handle better than the OEM TrailWings. And MUCH better than the cheap Cheng Shin C858s that I had on there. These tires are not bothered by grooves or seams in the road. Nice and smooth. They stick when you lean deep too. I do notice that they stick and ride a bit better pumped up to about 30psi for the street. I would definitely buy these again!

Dan Hemenway Elizabeth,  NJ K761 Rear klx250s My break-in run for these tires was a 350mile run down to and around New Hope PA which is a lot of twisty roads with elevation changes. Even with all the gravel on the pavement these tires performed very well. Took them through my friends dirt track in his backyard and they were pretty good- obviously no knobbies- but they hooked better than DeathWings. Only concern I had was the first few miles they seemed washy but once they got a few break-in miles they stuck very well. Whereas my previous tires would drag under hard downshifting into a turn these tires stick all the way through even on a light bike (260lbs).

jason rincon riverside,  CA Kenda front/rear 761's I have only put about a thousand miles on front and rear Kenda 761's. They are so far great tires for 80% street/20% dirt. Stability, cornering, and dry traction are 5 stars. Wet conditions: I haven't seen any yet. Tread appears to wear pretty consistent. In the dirt, they are a little slippery, but less than what I expected. I would definitely buy these tires again for a 80/20 riding split... really!

RICH GLENDALE,  CA KENDA K761 Once again--- super tire for the money and all around very satisfied. Have on 2 different KLR650s and just bought an extra set for future use. This tire is perfect for commuting on pavement and I didn't have to balance -ever. Hands off handlebars stable at 60mph--- really happy with this design and compound, excellent tire! Maybe not so hot off road, but I have the German Mefo Explorers for that.

Bennet Trousdale New River,  AZ Dollar Return Was a bit apprehensive ordering a tire with such a low price, but on arrival and installation was pleasantly surprised. They look good and have a fair amount more traction off road than the Dunlop’s. Hard braking from 80 mph on pavement was a bit squirmy, but controllable. They balanced with very little weight. Tread life to come, but at these prices it would have to be pretty bad to stop me from buying them again.

Ray Gall Vidor,  TX Kenda - K761 Dual Sport Rear Tire I purchased these tires for two reasons, 1 for a more street able tire and 2 for price. The tires come good on both accounts. The flat tread definitely takes getting use to in cornering as the turning response is quicker. Within 50 miles of travel, you should get the feel for them. I can't speak of wet traction or tread life yet, but these surely reduce the vibration of the stock knobbys that came on the bike. A much smoother ride. I bought a second set just for the price!

brent park city,  UT Kenda 100 /90-19 K761 on F650ST Good tire for the money, just a little less stable in the turn than OEM rubber. The mileage can't be beat. I have a 130 K761 on the rear with 7K on it and there is plenty of life left. Great tire if you need a lower cost dual sport tire that tends to live on the asphalt more than the dirt.
